A beautifully picturesque three bedroom villa situated in a private cul de sac in Luz Parque approximately five minutes drive to the town of Praia da Luz.

The arched gated entrance to the villa is paved and has space for 2 cars. 

A beautiful mature garden with palm trees graces the left side of the paving. Steps lead up to the main entrance.

The entrance door leads into the bright kitchen fully fitted in light wood and speckled surfaces. It is excellently equipped with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. A small wicker breakfast table has been placed in the corner of the room with two cushioned wicker chairs.

A hall from the kitchen leads to the arched entrance of the living room with a dining area consisting of an oval wooden table seating six people. A wine rack stands beside a cabinet with a lamp on the far wall with a small desk on the opposite wall.

The living area faces a wood burner with a three seater sofa and an armchair with a rustic coffee table. A TV with a large selection of satellite channels stands in between the mantelpiece and a wooden table. French doors lead to the pool terrace.

The hall leads to the bedrooms at the far end of the house. Just off the hall is a full bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and a large sink unit with shelving and a mirror above.

The first bedroom has twin beds with bedside table and lamp and fitted wardrobes. 

The window overlooks the front paving and garden.

The second bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps and fitted wardrobes. The window overlooks the beautiful front and side garden.

The master bedroom complete with en suite has a double bed with bedside table and lamps and fitted wardrobes. French doors lead onto the pool terrace. The en suite shower room consists of hand basin unit and mirror, toilet, bidet and a shower cabin with wall sprays.

The oval shaped pool is surrounded by beautifully mature gardens and terracing. At the far side of the pool is an arched built in BBQ.
The shaded terrace from the living room has an outside dining table seating six people. A further wicker table with chairs is to the side of the terrace.

This amazingly picturesque villa is excellently equipped and situated in a beautifully quiet area about five minutes from local restaurants and other amenities.
