A beautifully three bedroom villa with private pool and driveway situated in Luz Parque just outside of the town of Praia da Luz.

The gated, paved driveway leads to the front door of the villa. A small entrance hall steps down into the spacious living room with three piece suite and coffee table facing a log burner with mantel piece. A TV with free to view satellite channels stands to the left of the fireplace and to the right built in shelving has a lamp and books below. French doors lead to the patio with outside dining for up to six people. The patio steps down to the pool area.

The fitted and well equipped kitchen has oven and separate hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and sink unit with drainer. A window above the sink overlooks the front of the villa.

The dining room to the left of the kitchen has table and chairs seating up to six people and a ceiling fan. A dresser with extra utensils stands to the back of the room under a window. A door leads out to the side of the villa.

Stairs from the dining room lead up to the master bedroom with en suite bath and shower room. A glass shower unit stands to the right of the room and a deep corner bath to the left. A toilet, bidet, hand basin and mirror and a window complete the room. The bedroom has a double bed with overhead lamps, bedside table, a chest of drawers, fitted wardrobes and a vanity unit. French windows lead from the room to a large upstairs patio. A door to the right of the room leads to a small balcony overlooking the front of the villa.

The second bedroom on the ground floor has an en suite shower room with toilet, bidet and mirrored double sink unit. The bedroom is large and has twin beds with bedside table and lamps, chest of drawers and a window overlooking the back garden. Fitted wardrobes line the side of the room providing a dressing area.

The third bedroom has twin beds with bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and a window overlooking the terrace and garden at the back of the villa.

A full bathroom on the ground floor has bath, shower, toilet, bidet, hand basin and mirror.

The oval pool is surrounded by paving and beautiful mature gardens. A shower stands behind the pool under the trees. Sun loungers and mattresses surround the pool next to which is a built in BBQ. Further to the right of the terrace is a covered seating area providing shade from the sun. Round to the back of the villa is a lawn area surrounded by trees. Steps lead up to the top terrace.

At the back of the villa is a laundry room complete with washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing board.
