There is a double garage, a second kitchen downstairs, movie/playroom and has an extra kidsplayroom on the firstfloor. The property is airconditioned throughout as well as underfloor heating in livingroom and bathrooms. In all rooms a multi purpose Bose soundsystem is integrated. The pool is heated.

 

When entering the villa the first thing you see is the very impressive staircase taking you to the first floor. Vilasol Villa Scada has on the firstfloor 2 bedrooms both en-suite and the extra kids playroom. The master bedroom is impressive with a large private terrace with fantastic views over the golfcourse laid out amongst the pinetrees. The masterbedroom has a double bed the second bedroom has two singles.

On the groundfloor you have the livingroom with access to the garden, terraces and the pool area, In this open plan area is also the large diningarea. The livingarea has a spectacular design gasfireplace. The contemporary Siemens kitchen is fantastic and is of course fully fitted. On the groundfloor there are 2 more bedrooms both en-suite.
