DRIVERS AGE 
at least 23 years old. must present a valid driving license held for at least 12 months. 


Whats Included 
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) theft protection and third party cover at low excess free

All our cars have an Excess : you can or stay with the excess or you can pay this off by a small fee per day see below and you stay with the full insurance.

What-s NOT included:
Full insurance  does not include tires, glass or locks , damages to the inside of the car, or damage caused by speeding. 
Under Portuguese law , the full insurance is void when you drink -driving


FREE DELIVERY + NO AIRPORTAX at Faro airport 

All our cars are at the airport we don't take you by bus to a garage !
Our Cars can be delivered as well to your hotel,villa or apartment. 
We arrange private minibus transfers as well in case you prefer to have the car at your accommodation.


FREE NIGHT TIME SERVICE If you arrive at the airports of Faro, delivered between 23:00 hrs and 08:00 hrs you'll be NOT CHARGED !!!

CHILD SEATS  baby seat 5 euro per day.
Please reserve baby seats in advance.

EXTRA DRIVERS FREE 

Security Deposit: All clients need to sign a credit card voucher in order to receive the car, your card details are as a security. 
You actually don't pay any deposit.



ACCIDENTS & CLAIMS
If you have an accident, theft or any other situation which will result in an insurance claim it is your responsibility to get an police report number. 
You need to call the police and our car hire company , numbers are on the rental contract who will issue you a report number which must be delivered to our office. 
Without this the insurance will not pay. This is a simple procedure but if you have any problems you are welcome to call the rent a car  company who will happily assist. 
If there is loss to the car and you do not obtain a police report you will remain liable for the damage. 
The car documents include full contact numbers for the company.

Car documents needs to be remaining  in the car ! Please do not take them back home !! We will charge you 25 euro through your creditcard costs if they have been taken out.



RETURNING YOUR CAR
At Faro airport you should return your car to the car park P4 .
Upon arrival you will get full information from us ,what to do when you return the car this is also written on the backside of the car hire contract. If any questions call us : 00351 91 35 88 342

CAR TYPES
We invariably have the car that you request but due to damage and late returns we may occasionally have to offer you an alternative, similar or better car than the one you have requested. 
These circumstances are outside of our control and we would ask for your patience. 
The cars shown are the ones available at our internet prices.  
We may be able to arrange other cars from another company with the same prices!



BABY SEATS FREE
 We have conventional forward facing baby seats intended for children to approximately 3 years old and booster seats for children to approximately 5 years. 
CHARGE: 5 euro per day payable upon arrival.
