Villa payments for our villas. 2004-2005 www.algarve-direkt.com

Each owner of each villa requires a 35%  deposit payment to confirm a villa booking.
You can send a cheque in pounds or euros to our postal address or pay by bank transfer. This information is all written on your booking form.

9-10 weeks before your arrival, we need to have the balance payment of 65%
If this is not respected, we cannot guarantee your booking.

Cancellations: no refund for the deposit money of the 35% is given back.
