The spacious living room has a fireplace, cable television, DVD player, music system and French doors which open on to a terrace, ideal for dining al fresco, with steps leading down to the pool.

There is a separate dining room which has patio doors to the back garden.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, American fridge and breakfast area.
In the basement is a games room with table tennis, snooker table, television and sofa.
There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

On the ground floor are two twin bedrooms made up as doubles, each with a bathroom en suite.
On the first floor is the spacious Master double bedroom with bathroom en suite and patio doors to a balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
There is a further twin bedroom made up as a double with bathroom en suite and access to the balcony. Both bedrooms have television.
The property is fully air-conditioned (supplement payable outside of peak season).

The private swimming pool measures approximately 14 x 7m and has built-in steps in one corner.
A barbecue is available for guests’ use.

Cable television, DVD player, music system, microwave, table tennis, snooker table, air-conditioning (supplement payable in low season), washing machine, tumble dryer and barbecue.
