Villa Isa is a beautifully designed villa with all the luxuries you expect from a first class villa. There are stone floors, air-conditioning, automatic shutters and mosquito screens throughout.

The spacious lounge has two large comfortable sofas, a feature fireplace, satellite flat screen TV, DVD and CD players. The patio doors lead to the outside dining area and the terrace overlooking the pool and garden.

Just off the lounge is a separate dining room with access through to the kitchen and patio doors to the outside terraces.

The fully fitted kitchen is extremely well equipped. It has a double oven with five ring hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher plus all the usual kitchen appliances. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and a separate tumble dryer.

BEDROOMS:

The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a king size double bed, patio doors to a large terrace overlooking the garden. There is an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a walk in shower.

On the ground floor are two twin bedrooms. They both have patio doors to the outside terraces and en-suite shower rooms.

 OUTSIDE:

The garden has a lawn area, plenty of trees and shrubs and a large terrace overlooking the pool. It is fully enclosed with a fence and automated gates onto the driveway.
 The pool is 10m x 5m and can be heated on request. There is a covered terrace area and brick built BBQ with a gas BBQ.
 For added enjoyment the villa has a hot tub located in the garden by the pool area.

On the lower floor is a games room equipped with a pool table, sofa, large flat screen TV, DVD player and a fridge.

Cleaning is five times per week

Change over is Saturday (Flexible outside of peak season)

Air conditioning throughout the villa is included in the rate. Pool heating on request £ 300 per week.
