The villa sleeps up to 12 people.

On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with cloakroom. A spacious sitting room leads out to the extensive terraces and the pool area. There is also a formal dining room, and large fully fitted kitchen with breakfast room and a separate Television Lounge with cable TV.

It has the most spectacular views over the Ria Formosa and Atlantic Ocean, and the 8th tee of S Lourenzo Golf Course.

Sleeping On the ground floor you will find, 1x a double room with adjacent bathroom and also 1x twin room with en suite bathroom. 

On the first floor you will find the very large master bedroom suite, bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower room, dressing room, TV and large terraces overlooking the Ria Formosa and the sea. 
First also are are 2x  double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom and both leading out to a balcony.

On the lower ground floor there is the Games Room, with Cable TV, snooker table, Gym and Sauna 
(there is a supplement payable for the sauna ). Another twin bedroom, with no window, suitable for teenagers or staff, with en suite shower room.

The sophisticated living room has doors leading to the studio and television room where the central telephone is and calls maybe made within the house. 

There are two dining areas, which maybe transformed into one for large dinner events and a fully equipped kitchen. 

The house is air conditioned through out extra charge 100 pounds per week, and has under floor heating.

The large garden is laid to lawn and landscaped to include mature trees and shrubs
