Newly built villa in Varandas do Lago between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. Within 10 minutes easy access to all the amenities in the area including beaches, Quinta Shopping, tennis, golf, horse riding and numerous excellent restaurants. 20 minutes from Faro airport.

The villa has a private swimmimg pool (9 x 5 metres) with sun loungers around the pool. There is a patio table to seat 8 plus a BBQ and outside shower. A large sofa also sits under a shaded terrace.

The villa has a spacious bright living area which includes the dining room. 2 large sofas. Cable TV with DVD player. radio/CD player, fireplace and air conditioning.

Beds:
1.Master bedroom with large double bed with ensuite bath/ shower over, wc, bidet.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds with ensuite bath / shower over, wc.
Bedroom 3 also with 2 single beds with ensuite shower, wc.
Bedroom 4 also with 2 single beds with ensuite shower, wc.

The villa is ideally situated 10 minutes from the courses at Vale do Lobo, Pinheros Altos and Quinta do Lago. Vila Sol and Vilamoura are only 20 minutes drive away.
Quinta shopping and Vale do Lobo are under 10 minutes drive as are most of the good restaurants. Apolonia Supermarket in Almancil is 10 minutes.Faro is 20 minutes away and you will find a large modern shopping centre on the left as you enter Faro. Vilamoura with its marina is 15 minutes by car. Karting and two water parks within 15 minutes drive.

Towels and bed linen are included and are changed twice a week. 
Maid service is also twice a week and once a week there is the pool men.
