Villa 1260 comprises two floors. The entrance hall with guest toilet leads into the spacious lounge and dining room. There are comfortable sofas around a fire place and TV set.

Dining room 
Large sliding doors open onto the terrace. 

The large fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances and a breakfast corner. There is a small laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen opens onto the terrace with built-in BBQ. There is a large dining table with 6 chairs for al fresco dining.

On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and a private terrace with views of the golf course.

Further on this floor a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This bedroom has a small private terrace.
On the ground floor a further twin bedroom with bathroom en suite was added in 2006.


The semi-covered terrace has nice terrace furniture. Steps lead down to the pool with roman steps. The terrace enjoys nice views of the garden and pool and the Atlantic Ocean in the distance.

The garden offers a lot of privacy.
The villa has cable TV and there is ample parking space. No pets.
