Villa Lima is a high quality 4 bedroom villa with private heated pool.
As soon as you enter the villa you feel the space in this villa.

Also its just perfectly located as you are a short drive away ( 2-3 min) drive away from the shopping of Quinta do lago and the famous restaurants in the area of Quinta do lago.

The bedrooms are on 2 levels , the villa has 4 bedrooms.
two of the bedrooms are situated on the ground floor , which is a twin bedroom with en suite facilities and another bedroom which is a double also with ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs is the second living area this area is modern light with wooden floors and also with cable tv and video.  
Here you will find the double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the fourth bedroom, has a double sofabed with a shower room/toilet.

On the ground floor you will find a very spacious lounge ( the second lounge) which has terrace doors where you will come out on a large terrace where the pool area-poolterraces are, where you can eat out on the terrace in or out the sun for the al fresco dining.

the terrace area is always a sun  area and if you like the shade there are trees to be in the shade area

A barbeque is at the villa by the poolarea  if you like to grill in the evenings.

The pool has Roman steps and the size is 12mx5m
Maidservice 5x a week , linen and towels
Airconditioning is 100£ per week and the heated pool is £22 per day
